Community Development and Economic Growth Through Homeownership is a collaborative effort between public and private partners to provide homeownership opportunities to rural communities in Illinois, and provides homebuyer education and counseling, money management and budgeting, and financing mechanisms. This program allows smaller communities to partner with larger communities on a countywide basis to initiate home construction. Come and hear how your community can partner in this collaboration!

About our presenter . . . Kay Gregg, brings 25 years of real estate and financial management experience to her position as CEO of Rural Partners. She worked with a private real estate developer in Texas and then worked as a Section Chief with FDIC, which allowed her the opportunity to work with both US and foreign assets through financial receiverships. Kay was responsible for the concept of the receiverships operating assets through stability prior to disposition during her tenure. She was the Director of Housing Development in Springfield with her responsibilities including the HOPE VI development of Madison Park Place.
