Becoming a successful leader requires choosing a direction in life, setting goals, and creating a plan to accomplish them. Craft a personal plan during this session to help you identify and achieve your goals.

About our presenter . . . Peggy Romba is Training and Development Specialist for the Illinois Farm Bureau® in Bloomington, IL. She is involved in the IFB’s annual leadership program, Agricultural Leaders of Tomorrow, and recently graduated from Leadership McLean County, a six-month program for community leaders, sponsored by the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the Illinois Farm Bureau, Peggy worked in social service educating parents, teachers, school administrators, and students in drug education and life skills (including self-esteem, goal-setting, conflict resolution, anger and stress management, and communication skills).
